Piglet Gets the British Jack Boot
(but Lemon makes it a cause Célèbre)

Pooh & Piglet abandon Britain

Piglet has been given the British Boot from the workplace, offices, etc.
How could this happen to such an unassuming , sweet, little guy you ask?
Ahh, the scourge of politcal correctness rears its ugly head yet once more and the feckless British government kowtows yet once again in Chamberlainesque whimpery!

Some people are deeply afraid of cartoon characters!!!
Do they believe it might be a plot to destroy them?

But Pooh knows the truth and has not and will not banish his little stuffed pig from his side.
Lemon knows the truth too and at Pooh's suggestion will hereby place Piglet on the blog as a symbol of outrage!
Consider it a raised fist for freedom of cartoon characters everywhere!
This story is not new, but it bears repeating and Piglet needs your support.
Piglet has been there for you since childhood, never failing to provide you with laughs and smiles, now it's your turn to help Piglet in his time of need.
Put a Piglet on your web site or blog. Wear a Piglet pin on your lapel! Fight cartoon haters wherever they exist! Show them that the children of this world will not be intimidated by bullies and thugs from the dark underbelly of the world.
Piglet and Pal  happy at last

Stop the madness..
Up with our little hero Piglet.

Delightful! Up with Piglet (and Eeyore too, he has such low self-esteem, let's not exclude him).

  2. people who hate will often become enraged by the more innocent things because it's precisely the innocence that triggers their rage

  3. PIGLET??

What on Earth? What did HE do now?

(I think I'm getting one of my headaches.....)

    Lemon, please explain.

(Please, by all you find holy, do not let it be another "Sponge Bob" purge....)

  4. The Muslims in Britain found Piglet offensive on religious grounds and so Britain decided to ban him from public places.
    Nuts. yes.
I love sponge bob and put one in my car window to protest what they did there too.
But yes, similar if on different issues.

No! Not Piglet of all things.
    Honestly, Britain needs therapy.
