I sit to write,tears streaming down my face unchecked,deeply touched by your timely post.There is so much in media to denigrate our beautiful country-to ridicule patriotism and the dear citizens who have sacrificed so much to protect her,here and abroad.This video speaks to correct those misconceptions.People loved this country so much that they sacrificed their lives gladly to keep that flag flying. That spirit lives still !
That was beautiful. So many years since then. What and where did it go wrong? As long as they held onto and blessed Hashem they thrived and the country thrived, but now it’s all over. A very interesting history interlude.
