Ginsburg's Extremism

Ruth Bader Ginsburg would like to see a Supreme Court composed  only of  women.
Of course she means extreme liberal  leaning women like herself.
Ginsburg is an extreme Marxist thinking feminist who sought to rid the world of terms like 'manmade' and force the Boy Scouts to take on girls.
In my estimation this makes her a wacko.
The fact that she would like all women to fill the positions is extreme and the fact that the court was once all male does not make her position right either.
Note the thinking of Ginsburg described in this piece from CBS News.

“Now the perception is, yes, women are here to stay,” Ginsburg told the conference.
“And when I’m sometimes asked when will there be enough and I say when there are nine, people are shocked.”

Ginsburg said that no one has “ever raised a question” when nine men were serving on the bench.

Awww, things were not equal. She weeps that three women on the court is not enough. It has to get even more extreme before she is satisfied.
This Supreme Court justice seeks equivalent retaliation. That is not something you want in a judge or anyone in a position of power.  You want someone to sit in judgement through the eyes of the Constitution, not seek to nitpick old grievances and get some kind of revenge.
Her view of 'justice' is skewed badly.

This is the kind of people we are experiencing today. No one is uncommon and above the norm. Instead they are very common, very plain and pumped full of raw human nature that seeks its own first and foremost.
Low quality is the order of the day and few seek to overcome their base nature to rise to higher levels.

  1. Strangely, Ginsburg would agree that 9 men on the court was unrepresentative, yet she feels that 9 women would be.

This is what happens when people don't think in terms of law, but in their own bias.

It's so sad that the justices on the highest courts (I'm including Israel's as well) are self-serving and not concerned with justice. The good news is that it is a sign the moshiach is near. ("You cry for Justice! Justice; but there is no justice.")
